How do I reset my password for my account?

What does refurbished mean?

A refurbished device is one that has been tested, repaired, and cleaned to ensure that the device functions like new. Only established sellers with the professional experience to test, repair, and replace parts can define their electronic goods as being refurbished or refurbed.

There are two key benefits to purchasing a refurbished device over a brand-new device.

Is there a conditions guide for refurbished items?

Yes, at Wisetek Market we grade the condition of each device using our unique grading scale which describes the cosmetic condition of each device sold on our platform. Our conditions are as follows: New in Sealed Box, New in Open Box, New Unused, Excellent, Very good and Fair.

When will my order be shipped?

Your package will be shipped from the Wisetek Market facility within 48 hours of your order being processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days within EU. Please allow additional days for other regions.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Is there a standard warranty on my purchase?

Yes. we offer a 1-year warranty on your Wisetek Market devices, free of charge. For more info please click here

What is your return policy?

Wisetek Market offers a 30-day free returns policy. If you are unhappy with your item within 30 days of receiving it, we can offer a replacement device or a full refund. If you are returning your item outside of the 30 day free returns, our engineers will verify the device before offering a replacement device or a full refund.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, all Wisetek Market customers have a 30 day right to return if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

How do I return my item?
